Many of the USD458 websites can be searched using the search box in the upper left corner of the sites' home pages.

There are two styles of search boxes:

those with a checkbox underneath

and those without

Search boxes without the check box search only the site they're on. In the example illustration above, the Staff search box searches all websites that have http://staff.usd458.org/ as the beginning part of the URL. So it searches the main staff site, as well as individual staff pages.

Search boxes that have the check box behave exactly the same way as those that don't when the box is checked. In other words, the check box limits the search to the current website and any sub-sites that share the beginning part of the URL.

To search the entire collection of USD458 websites, uncheck the box before clicking the "Go" button. With the box unchecked, the search feature will return a list of all websites that match the search criteria regardless of what their URL is.
